Arabi Muhammad Tukur, the MD/CEO of Abuja Enterprise Agency has enjoined entrepreneurs to be hard working, committed and disciplined in the way and manner they carry out their entrepreneurial activities. The CEO made this disclosure while stating how the Agency is at the services of the FCT entrepreneurs to fully support them through interpersonal development on the basic know how’s of businesses and Technical support services during a media chat with AIT on Wednesday in Abuja.

The MD further stated how the Agency intends to focus more on youths and agriculture in line with the Federal Governments diversification agenda as the Agency is set to carry out a number of programs and activities cut across this sectors within the year 2018. The programs include the Youth Entrepreneurship Programme (YEP) which is a eight (8) Saturdays extensive Youths training on entrepreneurship and the Agaric business training is a five (5) Saturdays program on farming especially the organic farming which are both scheduled to kick start in March.

It may interest the rural duelers of the FCT that the Agency has put in place measures to enable them benefit from the services of the Agency as it has opened up a Liaison office in Gwagwalada Area Council, intends to open another in Bwari Area Council in the 1st quota of 2018 and the remaining area council liaison offices will be opened subsequently in order for them to gain the same services members of the Federal Capital City (FCC) enjoy.

The entertainment industry is also not left out as the Agency is set to have Abuja Creative Enterprise Group (ACEG) programme scheduled to hold in April. The programme is a talent exhibition of youth who have entertainment skills in them which serves as an encouragement to the industry as they perform and win cash prizes at the end of the day.

The CEO finally urged the general public to come to the Agency and tap into the services as it is their rights to be served by the Agency.
