Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) as part of its strategy of achieving its mandate to empower women and youths in the FCT by supporting the growth of Rural Enterprise recently held the grand finale that brought the 2nd edition of the Rural Skills Acquisition and Sensitization Initiative (RuSASI) to a close.
The Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) was established in 2006 as the FCT Administration's Vehicle for Entrepreneurial Development, Poverty Reduction and Wealth Creation with the mandate of accelerating business development in the FCT through designing and implementing projects, programmes and activities that would stimulate business growth; thereby creating employment and reducing poverty.

As part of ILOs’100years of existence and 60 years in Nigeria, the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) played host to the Director General Guy Ryder who was on a day’s visit to its entrepreneurial complex in Abuja.

The Director General, (ILO) Guy Ryder commended Abuja Enterprise Agency on their laudable entrepreneurial initiatives and achievements in addition implored them to continue the cooperation.

AEA HOST'S SOSMEDA

Abuja Enterprise Agency been the drivers  of entrepreneurial culture was called on by The Sokoto State Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (SOSMEDA) on the 31st of January, 2020 at the AEA complex to understudy and learn the agency's excellent methodology of operation. The SOSMEDA which was established in 2016 by the Sokoto State Governor, was led by the Special Adviser to the Governor on SOSMEDA  Muhammad Akibu Dalhatu  expressed their profound gratitude to the Agency for hosting them

In line with the mandate to promote entrepreneurship in FCT; Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) in partnership with Rabbington Media, organised a one day Facebook training programme, titled "Boost Your Business" on Saturday 24th November, 2018.

 

 The training which is a Facebook commitment to train 50,000 people throughout 2018 was specially designed for entrepreneurs and Small and Medium-sized Businesses in Nigeria with the aim of boosting businesses within the FCT with the use of digital tools in the successful operation of  businesses in addition to making meaningful connections with potential consumers.
